Magento 2 Front End Design Updates

I have a Magento 2.1.7 website and I need to make updates to the default Luma theme.

There are two product groups that need to have different front end designs:
1) Diamond
2) Findings

There are some extensions which are overriding these templates but I need the following updates:
1) Diamonds page (see attached for current and new layout)
2) Findings page (default Magento grid view. see attached for current layout)

Please let me know cost and estimated timeframe to update.
