Magento 2 Bundle Product Template Mod

Our website uses bundle products. The options on the "Customize and Add To Cart" page use the standard dropdown selections. We need to add a thumbnail image of each option, with a link to the product page for the option. The link will be with the target option that opens a new tab, or in the case of mobile, a new page. Closing the new tab or page must return the user to the Customize and Add To Cart page to finish a purchase.

Work must be done via a vpn on our local work station in order to have full root access to the O/S and ftp requirements.
