My website is currently failing a PCI compliance scan with Trustwave.
The hosting is with Linode and the website is built on Magento 1
The 7 reasons for it failing are:

2. Remote Access Service Detected
3. Weak SSH Encryption Algorithms Supported
4. Weak SSH Hashing Algorithms Supported
5. Weak SSH Key Exchange Algorithms Supported
6. FTP Cleartext Authentication and Unencrypted Communication Channel Accessibility
7. Unencrypted Communication Channel Accessibility
We had a previous web developer who helped us set this hosting up but he is no longer working with us, so I require support to ensure that this is resolved and also ongoing ad hoc website support so looking for a trusted partner.
