We are looking to get an E-Commerce shop developed specifically to work with our existing database system. We would need to keep overall control of database structures, and agree all layouts.
The system would be built in PHP/JQuery, and MUST be fully skinable.
Payment gateways for World Pay and PayPal would be required immediately, and additional gateways would be required to be added in future. We would also ideally like to support "continuous payments" for the gateways.
We have development knowledge, just not the time to complete.
Before acceptance by either party, we would work with you to agree an exact scope of completed product and provide detailed technical answers to technical questions.
International proposers will need access to Skype to discuss the early stages
