Import/Export properties and reviews for Motopress Hotel Booking

We have installed the full version of the Hotel Booking plugin:

We have had a property import function installed to work with the hotel booking plugin, but it needs some changes and improvements:

We would like some amendments to the property import script;
The import needs to take SKU code from the CSV import file and use it as the property ID.
We need to be able to update properties or create new properties from the import, currently just creates duplicates if same SKU is imported twice.

We would like to be able to import, export and update the reviews associated with the properties, linked by the SKU. We have a csv sample file which has the review text and ratings.
