I want to Mobile optimise my website, change the menu, banners and more.

Hi,

I need work done on my website. I want to change the top menu (navigation) of the website. Currently I'm using Flatsome Theme and it's not the best functionality for what I need, yet it fills the needs. My banners are not symmetric, the size of it and the sharpness is horrible, and on the phone it's cut out. I need to change the bottom menu, where all info is and all pictures of our partners (master card, visa, etc...). I have the subscribe to our mail banner there as well, I need to re-design it. And last I need to make the website phone friendly, optimised, easy to navigate thru and smart. I will give the details of the website after I pick a developer.

I need someone I can rely on, because I will always need work done for the website and some one that I can trust and available is what I need. You have to have references to show, have knowledge on woocomerce, plugins and security. I need to see that you have done similar jobs, know how to program and give accurate time frame (time is money, and I don't need fast and crap, I need accurate time frame and exceptional work).

It might sound to strict or off putting but, I've had horrible experience with previous developers before, they do as they want, take long time and don't to the job right.
