My business works on a dropship basis and therefore the transactions I take on my website then get shipped by suppliers I work with. Currently, the process is very manual not to mention the customer experience is not smooth, I would like to see if we can automate even part of this process to make it smoother.
I need someone who has specifically worked in Shopify previously and knows what plugins/options are available. Please see more details below:

My website is called Suntribe Swimwear, it's a marketplace selling UK swimwear products www.suntribeswimwear.com
I launched the website a week ago, however one of the main issues I currently have is passing information between myself and my suppliers who actually ship the products.
Current process and points to improve/solve:
> Transaction takes place on my website - customer automatically receives a sale confirmation email from my shopify store.
> I then have to manually tick a box in my store to fulfil that order. Only at this point does the supplier get notified (in form of an email) of the sale request and the customer's shipping and contact details. I'd like this is be automated and in real-time at point of purchase if possible. At the same time, the customer receives another triggered email saying their order has been sent to the supplier (i'd like this email to be disabled).
> Once the supplier has shipped the product to the customer and generated a shipping tracking number. The supplier then manually emails me with the tracking number for the corresponding order number, which I then have to manually add into the order in my shopify store. It is only at this point the customer receives an email notifying them the product has been shipped. In and ideal world, this would be automated.
I currently work with four suppliers, however this will grow over the coming months and I want to make sure as much is automated as possible . It's worth bearing in mind however that the majority of my brands don't have an API and neither do I.

Do you have any inventory management or supplier management system or ERP etc? Instead of DropShip what you want to use? You want to export order somewhere from where supplier can see that and enter shipment which then passed back to shopify?
