I need some functionality adding to my site.

So first off we're wanting all of the products to be displayed on the category pages as price per M^2 like it currently is on all of the carpet products.

Secondly, we're wanting the category pages to show "Available in X Colours" under each of the product names.

On the product pages for Vinyl, and Artificial Grass, we're wanting the price to be calculated the same way that they are for the carpet products. And for the laminate products and the LVT products we're wanting the user to be able to input their room size in m^2 and for the site to calculate the price for them automatically in multiples of the pack sizes.

Lastly, the site currently allows for the user to request a sample from every product, however samples are not available from every product. We need to be able to specify whether a sample is available or not on the back end and then depending on the selection on the back end, show or hide the "request a sample" button.
