I need some custom coding doing on a WooCommerce WP site

Currently next to each menu item is a price, then a '+' sign which will add that item to cart. However, some of these items are curry items which can vary in spicyness.

So I understand we can set variations in the product; Mild, Spicy, Hot etc. But when this is set you need to go into each product page individually (eg - http://www.56designs.co.uk/secret/product/mix-pickles/).
Description of requirements/features: As stated above, to use the WooCommerce variations option we need the user to go into each product individually and then pick a spice level. However - this is not good enough for the site and I need a solution where the user can select the spice level per product and then click the plus button and it uses the AJAX method to add to cart.

So in summary I need:

1. A system to set spice levels in the WooCommerce products (possibly product variations)
2. A way to integrate the choice of this spice level without having to leave the menu page (possibly a drop box next to relevant plus button with a choice of spice levels
3. NO options to enter the product page individually ... everything done from the menu page
