I need some custom code within opencart

General information for the website: We sell electronics online
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: in my opencart store i have two extensions installed that i need to talk to each other:
1. Total import Pro http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=4286
2. Product Based Shipping: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=11739

"product based shipping" enables a custom field within each product so that a shipping price can be set for every individual item.
"total import pro" imports products with stock,description,image etc. from my supplier automatically.

within "total import pro" is a field mapping screen to map the csv fields to the opencart product fields.

My requirement:
In step 4 of "Total Import Pro" is a field mapping screen. This field mapping screen does not show the "Shipping Cost" field that has been added by the "product based shipping" extesion. I need a field adding in the product data screen that will allow me to map "delivery" from the csv to the new custom field "shipping cost"

Then when i run the import in "total import pro" it will pull the shipping price in from the csv, apply any rules i specify in step 3 (adjust import data) and then it will push it in to the products custom "shipping cost" field.

if possible i would also like the code to be done in VQMOD so that if i upgrade opencart i shouldn't have issues with the custom code
