I need long term - low cost support

Hello to every one. Recently i have created an e-shop from a low-cost webart company.
I have purchased a wordpress tablet and the company have build the web page on this tamplete.
I am not entirely happy with the result.
I would like somebody with great experience in wordpress and eshop to help me and to make some important changes on my page. Some of these are:
1. Make some contact forms that customers can complete (request for repair)
2. Change some font sizes because they do not currently have all the correct sizes
3. Change the colors of my page so that it matches the colors of the logo of my store (or the opposite)
4. Create my facebook banner
5. Give me what advice you want to make my page better and more beautiful
6. Improve my page in facebook page and instagram and make it more professional
7. Improve my SEO
8. Give me every time I need his help, giving him a handkerchief
