I need help with my WordPress store

I have a website where I want to sell my book and nurture any buyers with an email sequence. I'm having difficulty with the tech aspect of this though so need some expert help.

I want any buyers of my book to immediately be added to my email list (they shouldn't have any option whether they're added or not)
I want the buyers of the book to be given immediate access to the book
I want the buyers of the book to immediately be added to an email sequence

I want an Exit Intent pop-up in my store (to increase purchases)
I want people who apply for an Exit Intent discount code to be added to my mailing list and sent an email sequence BUT not if they complete their purchase
I want to be able to send abandoned cart sequences for those who don't complete a purchase.

I will write all the copy required for the emails, but the tech aspect is not something I'm familiar with and isn't something I want to waste my time with.

I already have Easy Digital Downloads which connects to MailPoet BUT the process isn't currently seamless so I'm looking for something perfect for my needs.
