I need an ecomerce web design and development

I will make this very simple to understand so there is no confusion at anytime.

lets start with the first point. The product page!
We need something that functions the same way as http://www.kitepackaging.co.uk/scp/boxes/standard-cardboard-boxes/
Pay close attention to the table and its functions. This is a MUST. Please do not propose a price if you cannot achieve this.

If this can be done, please advise which ecomerce platform it will be achieved on.
Keep in mind, this must be managable from the backend.

Second part of this project is the design and the rest of the site including home page. The entire website must be responsive including the above table. (Please propose suggestion how you will make the above table responsive and easy to use on all devices.
The design of the site need to look and feel similar to http://www.macfarlanepackaging.com
However that site is not mobile friendly or responsive.

The third part of the site is product entry. We would like you to copy ALL products from macfarlane including pictures descriptions and specs/custom options. We will then change content ect where necessary.

Final part of course would be checkout process. A one step checkout is required and payment integration to sage pay and PayPal is required.
