I need a remote English teacher

Hi.

I am looking for a remote English teacher for my wife.
We live in Mexico, and have been in many English schools here but they are not very well.
Now, we want to try another way to learn English taking advance of technology.
The way we think to do this is to schedule classes of one hour for two or three days every week using Skype, and pay for your services to your Paypal account before every class.
Please, let me know your comments and rates about our proposal.
