    You budget is a little too low for what you are asking for. You might be better off served by identifying a commercial magento theme and customizing it with your branding. Those site are custom made and also carry a risky copyright infringement potential if copied without authorization. let me know if this is an avenue you would be open to.

    Do you already have a speedy webhost setup? I recommend siteground.com for a good shared host. Or you can go with an un-managed vps.
