I need a professional support for my magento ecommerce platform

I am looking for a developer with magento expertise.
We are an UK based company setting up an ecommerce portal.
We are at a preliminary stage with a basic ecommerce platform installed, working on a siteground shared hosting service.
As a start we need:
1 - A cleanup of the database / packages not used
2 - setting up email automation (swissup email already installed)
3 - setting up a payment extension (selected utp, not installed)
4 - test and demostration of the order process working
We are open to proposal, but the above is the basic level we want.
