I need a magento specialist

General information for the website: we are a using a v1.8 magento webshop selling pumps online www.thepumps.co.uk
Description of requirements/features: I need a magento specialist to assist with some magento admin and website issues:

1. set up 3 voucher codes (not coupon codes) the voucher codes need to work like this:
if the buyer spends more then £250 they can enter 1 of 3 voucher codes at checkout. The voucher entitles the buyer to a free £5 gift (amazon voucher), we will email the vocuher to the buyer to redeem that gift in the confirmation email.

2. Our magento website is running very slow, i need a magento specialist to investigate why the website is running so slow, produce a report of ways to improve the speed and implement the improvements. I would like to see a before and after report to show the improvements.

3. Improve the internal search facility. we have 3000 products and need the internal search facility to be more specific and assist the user in finding the products they are looking for.

3. improve SEO. Produce a report of SEO issues and implement SEO improvements.

4. Make suggestions on how we can improve the magento admin/dashboard i.e. products
