I need a magento eshop with an import export tool to sync with the erp

I need a Magento e shop in Greek with a minimalistic template that works well on mobile sites. Current site is a joomla based e shop from where all content needs to be transfered.

Checkers
1. Template (minimalistic Desktop/Mobile)
2. Greek but Bilingual ready
3. Tax Zones (will assist with detailed info)
4. Product categories
5. Shipping / payment (Not on line)
6. Static pages (as are on current joomla site copy-paste)
7. Product setup (from where to pick images/categories etc)
8. All content (products, users etc) must be transfered
9. An XLS import export solution in order to bulk change our pricelist, or other static product information.
