I need a ecommerce website for IT Product Sell.

I need a eccomerce website like http://www.theitdepot.com/ all functionality like same. There should be only one Payment options i.e paypal, and 30 to 40 dynamic pages would be there. Contents will be provide once the winner freelancer got selected.

There should be restriction for shop online. Only Customer of Localy one City can purchase the product online. Rest of the users can only view the products and Prices.
