I need a e-commerce website

General information for the website: My Company Wholesale Mobile Phones and Electronics
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Good Evening I am Mr.Mitchell I need a e-commerce mobile website built to look like this website http://www.todayscloseout.com. I have similar products with pics and content that I need uploaded and posted on the website. The services and content will be similar as well.Will be worded differently with my info in place of there's written on there website. We also need on the website Sim Card style side button added to the home page And a Activation portal button. All the button will be link to a check out page or activation page I have the URL Link for the Activation portal really just need the button put in place. Check out this website www.cccnational.com . I currently started using the volusion.com e-commerce website template to build our website. I just don't have time to work on the website but I would like if the website builder to continue to use the volusion.com service its a great platform and easy to use. I really need help with making the site look more professional like the websites above. I m not sure about my budget, but i can't afford more than $200.00 for now.
