I'm looking for a complete new website. E-commerce site selling custom made stickers

General information for the website: We plan to sell custom design stickers.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 4?
Description of every page/module: Homepage - RESPONSIVE and SEO friendly (as must be the whole site) HTML 5
Category Pages - ie. Sport - Outdoors - Nature with category description at TOP of pages
Product Page 1 with SEO friendly image display (3 images) this is a ready to sell product with a couple of optional accessories to add to cart
Product Page 2 with SEO friendly image display (3 images per product) this one has ability to add peronalised TEXT to the order
Product Page 3 - CUSTOM OPTION. Upload photo of your choice to a template and view / manipulate image LIVE online (like Moonpig) THIS IS UNDER CONSIDERATION... it depends on costs and complexity.. although I would like it to be an ADDTIONAL OPTION if necessary.

Description of requirements/features: Product Page 2 - more details. The customer has already chosen their PRODUCT (a sticker)... they now enter some customisable data (Name, DOB, Tel Number). When the order is complete, we need this personal data included with the order.
ie. Mr Jones bought sticker design 1234 and his personal data to be printed on the sticker is : Mr J, Tel 01234 0000 DOB 19/12/66

Product Page 3 (under consideration, please quote for this an additional module) - more details. This is the CUSTOM BUILD product page. From this page, the customer selects one of 4 templates (sizes) and then UPLOADS an image of their choice ... this is a good example of the type of feature I am looking for http://www.moonpig.com/uk/Product/Customise/1/FRO008. When the order is complete and emailed to us, it must contain the graphic file with the image embedded, ready to print. On this page, the customer would also have the choice of personalised text entry (again, similar to Moonpig)
CMS and Admin requirements: I'd prefer Magento, unless there is a good reason to go with a different e-commerce platform (I have experience with Magento)
Payment methods: Paypal
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization
Specific technologies required: Image upload and live preview (like Moonpig)

My requirement is VERY SIMILAR to the iBrand USA site http://www.ibrandusa.com http://www.ibrandusa.com/custom-list-page/iphone-44s.

For use there would be 2 product categories. Pre-Designed and Custom.

The custom option has image upload facility, overlaid text etc (as per ibrandusa) for 2 product templates. The Pre-Designed option is just the addition of TEXT overlaid on to one of many designs (in to one of two products)

We only have TWO products that we are making stickers for. LONG and SHORT. The customer would select Pre-Designed or Custom. Then select PRODUCT 1 LONG or PRODUCT 2 SHORT. Predesign customers then apply text on top of design. Custom customers upload image, manipulate, then add text.

The site must be fully responsive

It must work to PayPal !

It MUST work on iPad and other tablets.
