Handbag hire site

We urgently need a .net programmer to pick up a project to build the back end of a handbag hire site. We have been badly let down by a programmer who has strung us a long for months and produced nothing. This is an extremely urgent project which would require full time dedication until complete. The site has been built in css and html and needs to have the back end created as well as a basic content management system.

The site allows users to create an account, hire and buy bags, manage their account. It allows the site manager to add and delete bags and customer manage orders.
