Fix Woocommerce / Strip Issue

There is two things we need looking into on the website.

1. Evaluate plugin updates
- There is 16 plugin updates available
- Warning sign "Before updating, please back up your database and files" - we need to be check and be certain the page is backed up and no information will be lost by updating
- One includes a Paypal update which may have an impact on the below point


2. Resolve website duplicate payment issue:
- When customers put through an order there seems to be an error page appearing "last_payment_error
- Customer think they haven't paid and pay again
- Customers are being double charged and receiving confirmation emails of orders
