Our ecommerce website https://logburners.co.uk/ is failing Core Web Vitals across the board, with product pages particularly poor (LCP around 9-10 seconds).
We need a quote and a timeframe to:
1. Resolve the site speed so the site passes Core Web Vitals on both homepage and product pages, or at minimum has everything in the orange.
2. Suggest how this level of performance can be maintained going forward.
The site currently runs on WordPress with WooCommerce. We are open to recommendations if this is not the best solution for the business.
Initial quote should be based on reviewing the public site. If we proceed with your quote, full access can be provided so you can confirm scope and firm up the price.
Please include in your response:
- Estimated cost
- Estimated timeframe to pass CWV
- Any platform recommendation if you think we'd be better off moving
- Your approach (what you'd look at first, how you'd work)
