I’m having an issue with my Shopify store where the washing icons (symbols / care icons) on the product page are not showing correctly. In my Shopify admin dashboard, I upload the product and include the washing instructions and icons, but when I view the live product on the site, the icons don’t display — only text or blanks appear

    Could you confirm whether the care icons are set up as metafields (e.g., using a namespace like custom.care_icons) and if the theme supports Online Store 2.0?

    This will tell me if the issue is due to missing Liquid rendering or incompatible theme settings.
