Fix issue with Magento image upload in Magento 1.9.3.2

General information for the website: Install missing files
Description of requirements/features: My website was upgraded to Magento 1.9.3.2. Now the image file uploader does not work, as I have been led to understand that this version of Magento does not use Flash. It has also been suggested that these files are missing

/js/lib/uploader/flow.min.js
/js/lib/uploader/fusty-flow.js
/js/lib/uploader/fusty-flow-factory.js
/js/mage/adminhtml/uploader/instance.js
