General information for the website: We sell on the Shopify site and have a technical issue that needs to be resolved.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have an issue where the customer checkouts and purchases their item.
However, there is an occasional problem where the shipping address is sometimes missing vital information from the first or second line. We need this fixed during the checkout process as the order becomes undeliverable and we are using automated processes so cannot manually check every order.
The person for the job will need to work out why the shipping address becomes missing during checkout and resolve fully.
