Finishing off a Magento site design, loads of addons involved

We had the beginnings of a site developed by someone on PPH and now need more work done as soon as possible to finish the site, but he is no longer available.

The site is based on the Porto responsive template.

Work is in three categories:

Some work is required to split the customisation that has been done into a sub-theme (see the doc attached)

Some minor changes to the look are needed

The majority of the work is integrating a number of addons to provide or improve these areas:

Ability to partially refund customers (goods are sold on a part-return basis)
Improve ease of importing products,
One step checkout with option to collect from warehouse
Customise registration process
Customise outgoing order confirmations etc to include nice quality PDFs and send out returns labels
Surcharging at the checkout

We’re happy to discuss best way of charging for work; hourly or by the job.
The site will be critical to the business so getting the right end result is the most important thing, and for the right person the rate can be high.

It's likely once the work detailed in this job is complete there will be more work moving hosting, doing updates etc.
