Ecommerce Website Developer/Designer ASP.Net or PHP Needed

I need someone to design and/or build an ecommerce site which sells digital products. It is very important that you have good knowledge or either ASP.Net or PHP SOAP as this website will need to use a web service from another companies server to provide the digital products. I have detailed technical information for how this works which you will need to be able to understand and follow (I will forward this onto any serious bidder once I have viewed profile/portfolio). I will be looking to take secure payments with credit cards and Paypal.
An example of the type of site I am looking to replicate in functionality is www.greatscores.com but I am looking to produce I much better designed site with a modern simple and elegant look.

If anyone has the needed ASP/PHP skills but is not a designer I would be interested to accept seperate bids for this part as I may have someone on board who can design the site.

SEO skills would also be advantageous
