Ecommerce website

I am looking for someone to develop an eCommerce website for our sales side of the business. It is already hosted using Opencart
www.glosscomms.co.uk/store. I'm looking for a custom template and to have the site made to look nicer.

Secondly,

We want someone to Build a site, maybe using Opencart if it is viable.

This site is for our Hire side of the Business.

We are looking for a general looking style eCommerce but the site must be able to do the following key points:

- Set up recurring payment using our payment processors, if
clients choose to hire for more than 30 days.
(Customers generally hire per week, month or year)
- Allow customer to set the amount of days they would like to hire the radios using a calendar style selection form, and charge the customers the appropriate weekly, monthly or yearly rate.
- Accept Credit/Debit card through our processor (We already have this set up), accept direct debit through our direct debit processor.
- Charge fixed delivery fees based on next day & 3-5 day delivery.

All hosting is via our own Multi-Domain Hosting account.
I will pass all passwords etc over to the chosen designer.
