E-Commerce Website for Books

I am looking to develop a professional website for Bookselling. we would need to Load 10000 to 100000 Books, which would be loaded in CSV format, and their relevant JPEGs would be loaded and connected to the book through their ISBN or Book numbers. The site will be based on our present website, starbooksuk.com and foreignlanguagebooks.co.uk. However, we would require the site to be created in a way that it has a seperate homepage/address for European Market, US market. The data will be the same, except for the fact that the price in Europe will be in Pounds and for the rest of the world, the prices will be in US$ at a conversion rate fixed by us.
