E-commerce website design

I already have a very basic website hosted by smarta business builder which is expensive to host (£36/month) and ineffective.

I`m looking for an e-commerce website design - paypal can be the payment method but in the future it needs to be possible to upgrade this once I get a merchant account.

My business is a proofreading service aimed mainly at international university students in the UK. There is no need for a huge or sophisticated shop, it is quite straightforward.

The logo is due to be completed by about the middle of January which also gives me some time to find images to go with it for the website, but it would be great if a designer could give me some ideas and recommendations.

The website needs to be ready by the end of January and preferably before. The content is alrady written but it is really important that the website comes with a CMS.
