E-commerce in a minimalsitc design

Hi,
I'm looking for someone that can create a one product minimalistic e-commerce site for me. As it's only it's one product we are selling the design needs to be minimalistic with clear sliders. To give an example I like the look of this theme so a similar layout would be good https://themes.shopify.com/themes/jumpstart/styles/jumpstart/preview. I will give clear instruction in terms of placement of pictures, check out etc.
The site needs to have a blog connected to it and Stripe/Paypal check out. It should be easy to navigate and be SEO friendly.
I'm looking for someone that can complete this in the next 5 days. It will be scope for further work after this project so I'm looking for someone to work long term with.
