Distributor portal

I need a portal for my distributors
Distributor portal:

The main goal of this plataforma is for the distributors have a place where they can find anything they need in the vitaker universe and also it would be our main communication chanel to send all the novelties to them

The portal needs to be similar to a ecommerce but the use experience needs to feel like they are in a B2B plataform

Features from the portal:

Orders: so this would be similar to the ecommerce features

Make orders


Review the orders before placing into the system to avoid re do and contacting us to cancel the order like an ok proceed button

While making orders, bellow in the screen should have like a ecommerce (related products so they can remember and buy more products)

Order history

System integrated with our ZOHO inventory to show available product quantities

Order tracking

The system should allow us to register for each user a different price

We don’t need the system to be integrated to any payment gateway this is mainly to make orders

We would receive the notification for new orders in our ZOHO CRM

If they have pending invoices the system would allow them to make new orders

They could check all their invoices there, payments and pending invoices

When placing the order they can view the recommend sales price for the product, they can see the markup too

They can check all their previous orders, pending invoices

And if they have pending invoices the system would not allow them to make orders


Support material

In this portal they should be able to view, download and request all the material they need it such as:

Catalogues
Photos for marketing : social media
Tutorial videos

And also a page like a blog where we could make all the information like a newsletter there to inform them about everything, such as: products out of stock, new arrivals.
The system also should allow us to send this notifications by emails like a newsletter for a more effective communication

And also if we could have form where they could send all the communication from there so it doesn’t get lost
We would create a special email to receive all the distributors communication
