Design and Functionality Changes on Opencart

Hi, we would like some changes on the Product page of our opencart shop and some adjustments on the tax shown in the shop with a switch and url parameter.

1. Tax module with switch and url paramter to show prices including tax or without on all pages eg home, category, search
2. Additional fields for stock information
3. Additional Table for Print (option_id = 13) Information (Pop Up)
4. Design changes

All changes must be done as vqmods, current Opencart Veriso 2.3.0.3 and Theme Journal 2
The changes must be done on a backup (we provide files and you host them yourself) so there are no interruptions for our customers and afterwards when the changes are appoved they must be transfered to our live shop.
