Description of requirements/features: WE CURRENTLY HAVE A WORDPRESS BASED TRAVEL/APARTMENT BOOKING WEBSITE. WE CURRENTLY HAVE A FRONT END FUNCTION THAT ALLOWS VISITORS TO UPLOAD THEIR PROPERTY DETAILS. CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT USING THIS FUNCTIONALITY AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO.
IF I AM WRONG AND THIS FUNCTION ISNT ALREADY AVAILABLE , YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE ONE.
WE WANT TO ACTIVATE THIS FUNCTIONALITY WHERE A SITE VISITOR CAN PAY FOR LISTING THEIR PROPERTY.
THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LISTING OF THEIR PROPERTY.
ONCE THEY LIST, WE WOULD HAVE TO APPROVE THE LISTING FIRST. IF THE PROPERTY IS ACCEPTED, THEN THE FUNDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN FROM THEIR CREDIT CARD. IF REJECTED, NO FUNDS WILL BE TAKEN.
THEIR LISTING MUST ALSO ADD 19% OF OUR WEBSITE FEE ONTOP FOR ANY ONE THAT WANTS TO BOOK THE FLAT.
WE ALSO WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A CALENDAR THAT CAN BE SYNCED WITH ICAL AND GOOGLE CALENDAR. ALSO VISITORS CAN BOOK THIS APARTMENT ONLINE BY SELECTING THE CALENDAR.
ALSO WHEN SOMEONE PURCHASES A LISTING, THEY CAN UPGRADE IT TO A FEATURE AD WHICH ONLY LASTS FOR 7 DAYS AND THEN THEY MUST HAVE THE OPTION TO UPGRADE.
WE CURRENTLY USE WORLDPAY AS APAYMENT MERCHANT.

Currently we haven't set up a booking system. We also do not have a calendar that visitors can see when they visit the website. There isn't a calendar you can book via. There is also no calendar filter in the search filter.
Also people cannot list their property on the front end. social media login and register.
I believe all these features are within the theme but they need to be set up. IF they aren't in the theme already (which I doubt); I need a designer that can create these.

What theme are you using so I can investigate the available functions before i place my proposal? If the functions have to be coded from scratch, then it will cost more than your budget as this are not simple tasks. -
