Customizations needed to Finish an ecommerce website

We need a WooCommerce specialist and even better if someone knows how to work with Electro Theme.
We will need you to build the structure of our homepage and of our products pages mostly as well as to make the megamenu that is already fixed by us to redirect to the products subcategory page when clicked and to get a specific category/subcategory (from the one that was clicked)filter to appear at the left sidebar so customers can choose another subcategory if needed.
Also, we will need 5 banners to get built at our homepage and to get the main categories to appear below slider with Photos so someone can click and visually as well.
At our pages we will need to delete some demo row's that appear.
