Customised Wordpress plugin

Hi, we are a start up a export e-commerce site that requires a plugin that at the completion of checkout by the consumer or when payment has been processed that would allow the website commission to be immediately deducted with the remaining balance paid to the manufacturer for the product and the logistics company for the delivery.

The plugin would also need to offer CIF or FOB prices depending on the buyers requirements because some customers would organise their own delivery and customs clearance . the payment platforms for the customer will be PayPal & Stripe .

The payment will then be spliced three ways to nominated business accounts for Website commission , supplier/ manufacturer & logistics company for the order to be processed. Stripe and PayPal have already been integrated within the Website . Thanks
