Custom Woocommerce variation table/grid plugin

General information for the website: Custom merchandising e-commerce site
Description of every page/module: I need a Woocommerce plugin creating from scratch to create a table in the Description tab of the product's variations and prices, with each price being an add-to-cart link.
Description of requirements/features: The top row wil list the first variation attribute (example, size) and the first column will be populated by subsequent attributes (examples, colour). The resulting grid will be populated by the variation price which itself will be an add to cart link in the format of

?add-to-cart=PRODUCT_ID&variation_id=VARIATION_ID&atrribute_pa_size-ATTRIBUTE_SLUG&attribute_pa_colour=ATTRIBUTE_SLUG

Where there are more than 2 variation attributes (example, adding 'style' to the above), the vertical column should aggregate these two together in each row (Black, Girls; Black, Mens; White, Girls; White, Mens etc).
CMS and Admin requirements: We're running Woocommerce and are not interested in any alternative CMS
Specific technologies required: woocommerce
