Create a rule for htaccess.

Description of requirements/features: Create a rule for htaccess that changes a directory name to show as a different one.

e.g:

Content is at:

domain.com/careers
domain.com/careers/..

need this to appear instead as (in the browser address bar):

domain.com/jobs-board
domain.com/jobs-board/..

Please note: I do not want a redirect. I only want it to appear in the URL bar as 'jobs-board'.
