Copy past Wordpress page content from one site to other manually

Hi,

I have 2 Wordpress websites. One is using WPbakery editor which is a live site & the second one is using the Elementor plugin which is a development website.
Now I have 100 pages on the live site which is built with WPbakery plugin but in the new site, we are using Elementor so each page's content looks like the attached image. So the task is to copy past page content from live site to the development website. Modify & adjust the content such that it looks more professional and decent.

There are 100 pages and need to do a manual review for each page. No programming is required , just a knowledge wpbakery & Element is required.
