Convert existing Opencart 1.5.6 Vqmod module to Opencart 2.0 Ocmod

Description of every page/module: The final product has to be conversion of the existing Opencart 1.5.6 Vqmod module to Opencart 2.0 Ocmod
We have existing module that is fully working using Vqmod on Opencart 1.5x
We need someone to take this module as basis and create a fully working Opencart 2.0 module based on ocMod that can be installed by the extension installer.
The module is working with attributes, and the basic idea is:
1) Assign (link) categories to attributes and/or attributes group
2) When product is edited or added and category is selected - populate all linked attributes into attributes tab. This is done by internal ajax call and load of generated HTML - full details and source code of the working 1.5.6x extension will be provided on the selected bidder.
The work should be straight forward, as everything that needs to be done is crystal clear.
The final product should be delivered as .zip archive and it needs to contain all source code of the module and the resources used.
The job will be considered as done as soon as we are able to upload & install the delivered .zip archive using the Opencart 2.0 extension installer without overwriting any files (using ocMod) and without bugs. We will require a period of 2 days for testing. And we will expect a standard bugs if found within 2 weeks, to be fixed at no extra cost.
All rights on the source code and logic shared with the selected bidder will remain our property and you agree that you will not disclose any information shared with you. The selected bidder will not have right to resell or publish the work anywhere.
We are looking for a developer that we can trust, as we have a lot more projects. As soon as we finish this one, I have 5 projects more waiting that I'm happy to give as soon as I'm happy with the quality of the work done.
Please don't bid if you don't know what is Vqmod or OcMOD - this means you are not be able to deliver what we are looking for.
