Hello,
We require help to re-establish connection with our old Magento store.
We recently moved from Magento to Shopify. We did this by changing the A-record to point to the Shopify IP leaving Magento on the old server.
To access the Magento installation we set up a subdomain and pointed this to the old server. Within the Magento admin panel we changed the store base HTTP and HTTPS URL to match the new subdomain. Then we lost all contact.
When we visit the IP we get errors on Chrome and other browsers about too many re-directs. For some reason we can no longer even FTP to the IP address or browse to the MYPHPADMIN folder to anything directly in the database.
The only place we can reach is the Webmin cpanel which has a file manager. From that we deleted the cache and edited the HTACCESS but still cannot get Magento working.
We are looking for someone to help sort out this mess, get FTP working and the Magento store back online ASAP.
If you have any queries please let us know.
Thank you
