Candidate onboarding platform/system

I am looking to set up a candidate onboarding system/program for an education recruitment company.

The candidate will be sent a link via email/text message for them to being the registration process with our agency. Upon receiving the link, the candidate will be able to complete a registration form and, at our request, upload a desires of personal documents. These documents will need to be viewed by us, allowing us to download copies (if required) in the office but also stored securely on some form of server that we have access to in line with GDPR requirements in the UK.

The system must be accessible on mobile phones for the allowance of taking photos of said documents easily, computers or laptops also allowing for the selection of photos from folders.

It needs to be s smooth process but also look incredibly professional by being banded in our companies colours, design.

I’d also need to ensure that the data protection statement is written to meet GDPR guidelines so someone with a UK background or knowledge of would be very useful.

I can appreciate a ‘budget’ at this stage is difficult so will just put the highest and can take it from there.
