PayPal is enabled on our site. Hosted by Pay360 (Waypoint).
Customer can select PayPal from the payment options drop down menu on the Payment Page.
Problem the customer doesn’t know they must click Confirm Order to be redirected to the PayPal payment page.
Note: there is a very long delay while connection is made, but with no spinning wheel to show that a connection is being made - if I was a customer I would not go through with this order.
We will no longer be offering Amazon Checkout on the site.
Suggested Solution
1. Checkout Page - Change Pay with Amazon Button to PayPal Button
2. When customer Clicks Secure Check out they are redirected to the PayPal page instead of Amazon.
Additional
3. Change the words Secure Checkout with Blaze On to Secure Checkout (leave the Blaze On logo)
