ASP and MS Access coding help required

This is kind of embarrassing as I have been a web designer for more than 15 years but I need a quote for a portion of a job.

I am in the middle of building an ms access driven ecommerce site for an existing customer but I cant figure out the code to display stock from the database in a certain way. I have done it in the past but it was many years ago and its a skill I have lost.

The quote would be for fixing the page in the attached zip to display the content from the access database (also included). I am trying to replicate the main body of this page (which I created about 4 years ago): .

I have set up IIS and confirmed it is working as it should. The database is currently located (and will be on the server)

I would also like you to include a seperate \"blank\" page with the full code I can use to drag and drop into ecommerce pages like this in future and a step-by-step guide how to configure it.
