Advanced Wordpress Shop with 3D furniture and 3D room creator

I’m looking for someone, who can build for me an advanced online shop for custom furniture making company. The website would be based on Wordpress with heavy usage of existing plugins.

The website would consist of the following sections:
• Regular informative website about the company. Wordpress template-based website with about 5 pages.
o LAMP Wordpress hosting environment will be provided
o The template will be provided (The7 => www.the7.io)
o Text content overview will be provided
o Final text and photo content will NOT be provided. The contractor will be responsible to arrange such in 2 languages: Polish and English.
A minimum of 5 pages of content
A minimum of 10 high-quality stock photos
o Expected a high-quality website with all acclaimed techniques like
Securing Wordpress against hackers
Configuring regular backups
Well-formed HTML, CSS
SEO optimized
And any other common characteristics of a good website
• Online shop
o PayPal payment support
o Debit/credit card payment support (not via PayPal, but any other UK gateway)
o Integration with user profile and customized customer products from furniture creator.
• 3D furniture design creator – choose from predefined models and adjust their characteristics.
o The creator would allow seeing in the real-time effect of the changes in 3D.

o You would be able to save all of your designs under your personal account
o You would be able to edit your existing items.
o You would be able to order the furniture directly from your profile by adding them to the online shop basket. Price would be calculated based on designed furniture piece characteristics (an Excel spreadsheet with calculation formula with Polish comments will be provided)
• 3D Room creator
o You would be able to arrange a room with furniture pieces in a 2D and 3D view
o You can use predefined items as well as your custom items stored exclusively on your profile
o After arranging a room, you can add all of the used items to the basket. When adding, a suggested missing items list should be provided.

Requirements
All parts of the website will be available in English and Polish. The website should be ready for more translations when needed.
The website will support different levels of access for: regular customers, sub-contractors and resellers.
The website will support licensing for reselling the whole product (a.k.a. white labeling). Any used plugins licenses must allow for such reselling (might be a paid reselling).
Usage of existing plugins and code is allowed and encouraged. The contractor will be responsible for either coding the website features or purchasing license to use the plugin. The purchased license will be transferred to the recipient of this product.
The contractor would be responsible for preparing textual and imagery content IN BOTH LANGUAGES. This might be subcontracted to another entity (preferably a Polish native speaker for translation)
The contractor would be responsible for uploading the first 100 products. Additional product upload will be contracted separately. This might be subcontracted to another entity.
ALL FURTHER REQUIREMENTS AND PROJECT DOCUMENTATION, FURNITURE PRICE CALCULATION FORMULA ETC WILL BE PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY IN POLISH. If you don’t speak Polish, you can still have this contract, but you will have to arrange a professional translation for yourself, as well as pay for it.
Any work will be conducted and hosted on provided hosting.

Estimated project timeline is 1 month.
Deadline – 2 months.
If the project is not finished within 2 months time we reserve the right to terminate it without paying.
Additional support required after deployment and hand over: 1 month


Payment
When putting an offer, please note that:
Max initial escrow amount can be 50% of the project total value. Preferably 25% escrow.
Max of 10% of the total project value can be paid to cover for purchased plugin licenses AFTER those plugins are purchased, deployed and showcased as working.
