Add Vendors and Vendor Products into Magento

Hi,

We're a food delivery marketplace. Small food businesses create an account to sell their goods and we are looking for a "partner on-boarding person" to help support one of the co-founders with the following tasks.

Platform - We are built on Magento's back end with a multi vendor plug-in.

Tasks

1. Partner Onboarding - Following a pre-set format set by us, add the details of the food business to create their seller profile

2. Partner Products - Following a pre-set application form provided by the food business, scrape the necessary details and add the products onto the seller's profile

3. HubSpot - Once the above tasks are complete, amend the status of the seller from "implementation" to "on-boarded". Knowledge of HubSpot is a bonus, but not necessary, we will show you how to use and functions you are required to perform.

Scale of Work

There is an initial bulk load, approx 30 Vendors, approx 200 products. For the right person, there will be on-going requirements on a weekly basis which is our preference.

So this could either be a one off project, or regular weekly work adding in our new partners and their products.


We are agnostic to your location, but would be grateful if you would be willing to accommodate some time to communicate with us in-case any issues require remediation.
