Add Approximately 950 New Products to Magento Site

Description of requirements/features: The basic outline of this job is to add 950 new Magento products and reprice a further 126 products. The products are from several distinct sources and the information in held in different formats:

1) 620 New Products which are listed on a pdf document which contains the prices. The prices have to be calculated using a formula and added to the product. There is then a suppliers website to log into which provides the product image, weight, size.
2) A further 249 products which have all the images stored in itemised folder and the prices listed on an XL document. The item descriptions, weights and size are on the suppliers website.
3) An additional 126 products have been added form the above supplier, but the prices are now wrong. These need changing based on the pdf and the relevant formula.
4) Finally there are 76 products which have all the information on a spreadsheet - image, size, description and weight.
