A travel site for my customers - mobile optimised with backend

I need to have a new travel site set up where customers can search locations and find available bookings.

They should be able to search countries on sidebar. Then look at locations. After reviewing pics and some basic information including locations offers and prices.

They can check in with one or multiple orders by date and times. Including amount of people. The total should tabulate for the customer

They can then place order and the order form will be emailed to the venue they chose.

Payments should be setup via paypal or credit card.

The backend should be setup so that the administrator can edit pics and information, pricing etc.

Also I need the design template to allow for:
-changable logo at top or left corner.
-The side and top tabs editable.
-under logo should be a space for scrolling pictures for promotions with links to pages. There should be five.
-space on left side for banner ads.

I need a clean format and backend that is easy to edit.



Also should be setup so that I receive an email verifying orders sent to venues and to customer (by email).

I will provide a rough template design for the developer and/or examples.
